Position: Back Desk Technician / Tester

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting BMW dealerships in terms of diagnostic tools, testing and troubleshooting
• Helping the Front Desk team with IT/system related problems
• Serving as main contact for the team in Munich
• Testing new devices, servers, system connectivity and diagnostic tools in the BMW headquarters for more than one year
• Visiting BMW dealerships and offering trainings to the mechanics there
• Gathering information and preparing documents about the new systems and applications for training purposes for the team in Debrecen
